Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

All ready to ship items and accessories ship within 3-5 business days of order placement and may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, all DOVE styles are for store credit or exchange ONLY. All other styles will incur a $20 re-stocking fee for re-packing and shipping. Exchanges and store credit are free.
All custom embroidery, sale or made to order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for merchandise or store credit.
Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
