Shipping & Delivery

Yes! We do free domestic shipping on all orders over $100.

Not Long! Our items ship within 3-5 business days of order placement.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details

Yes, international shipping typically takes using DHL. Please see shipping rates at checkout for all international orders.

Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship to one address per order. We would recommend placing different orders for each address.

We want you to get your order as quickly as possible, so we start processing your order right away! For this reason, we may not be able to cancel/change an order.

Product Care

To keep your nightwear in the best condition:

For all sets except Pearl: Machine wash on a delicate cycle and tumble dry on cool.

For the Pearl set: Turn inside out, wash on a delicate cycle, and hang dry.

This will help maintain the softness and quality of your nightwear for longer.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As a small business we value you and want to do everything we can to provide a great experience. Because your business is so important to us, we want to make it easy to find the right size, a different color or even a different style that matches your needs. With this, all orders are valid for free exchange or store credit within our 30 day return policy.

*Any customized, printed or embroidered items including sashes and robes are final and can not be returned or exchanged.

*All sale items purchased are final and cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, removed tags or original packaging, stained/soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. This includes deodorant stains, make-up stains or removed/tampered with liners, etc.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our policy is that all pieces are only eligible for return for store credit or exchange only. Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics as well as the frequency in which items were returned stained or worn we have this policy in place to protect ourselves as a small business. We hope you understand as a small business we are doing our best to accommodate which is why all exchanges or returns for credit are free. We appreciate you shopping small!
