With this, all exchanges or returns for store credit onlyarefreewith in our 14 day return policy.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Due to the nature of the fabric and staining during the try-on and return process all DOVE and PEARL styles are store credit or exchange ONLY.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*Any customized, printed or embroidered items including sashes and robes are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
*All sale items purchased are final and cannot be returned.
REFUNDS
Returns for refund will incur shipping and a 10% re-stocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected,your refund will be processed, if you are returning for a refund please allow 7-10 days of processing for your returned payment to your original method.
EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
When selecting "exchange" or "store credit" both will be automatically sent to you soon as your return is post marked.
COUPON CODES:
We do not offer refunds on any purchases made using a coupon code of 20% or greater. Instead we offer 110% store credit. See below for details:
No coupon - refund or 110% store credit
10% coupon - refund or 110% store credit
15% coupon - refund or 110% store credit
20% + coupon - 110% store credit only
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, removed tags or original packaging, stained/soiled, laundered, or altered in any way. This includes deodorant stains, make-up stains or removed/tampered with liners, etc.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES OR ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Waverles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

When will my order arrive?
WVL offers standard ground shipping on all orders over $100. We aim to ship from our warehouse within 2 business days.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes! Please add the details in the notes section during check-out.
How do pre-orders work?
If an item is in stock is ordered with a pre-order item they will ship together when the pre-order is ready to ship. Please contact us if you need it prior however additional shipping charges may be applied. Please note pre-order dates are listed as an estimate and are subject to change.
I placed an order earlier this week, and now my items are on sale! Do you offer price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we do not! We are unable to offer price adjustments. Since we produce in small batches, we encourage you to buy early to ensure you receive your favorite pieces before they sell out! When you see an item on sale it typically implies it is the last of that size or color way. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.
Will I be charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items you purchase. All tax estimates will be calculated at checkout.
